Position: CRM Executive

Location: Near Esplanade, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Qualification: BBA / MBA

Experience: 0–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and clients.
- Manage customer records and update CRM databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer feedback and prepare regular reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing customer-related documents and reports.

Required Skills




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Good command of English and Hindi/Odia will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with a BBA/MBA qualification and good communication skills are preferred. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,117.47 - ₹18,831.50 per month
