Executive Chef – Regenta Central Cassia, Zirakpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the hotel's kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall kitchen and food production operations.
- Plan menus and ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
- Manage food cost, portion control, wastage and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team.
- Coordinate with F&B; Service and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily kitchen production and ensure timely service.
- Plan and execute menus for buffets, banquets, restaurants and special events.
- Maintain proper kitchen records, stock levels and requisitions.
- Develop new dishes and contribute to menu planning and promotions.




- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed hotel.
- Robust knowledge of Indian, Continental and other international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of food cost, inventory and kitchen controls.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards will be an advantage.
