About the Role

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage B2B logistics operations across MT and GT channels, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves tracking logistics performance and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities:

- Manage O2D & P2D for MT & GT B2B orders.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor Fill Rate, delivery TAT and service levels.
- Manage MT Appointment Deliveries.
- Manage POD reconciliation and delivery discrepancies.
- Handle shortage, damage and delivery-related claims.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transporters, Distributors and Customers.
- Manage reverse pickups and product returns.
- Track logistics exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly logistics MIS and KPI reports.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in B2B Logistics / Distribution / MT & GT operations.
- Strong knowledge of offline retail logistics and order fulfillment.
- Positive Excel/ERP skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
