Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Executive Assistant Plant Operations to support CMD Office at our manufacturing plant. The role requires strong coordination, execution, and confidentiality skills with exposure to plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between plan & management
- Support CMD Office in daily operations and reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations & MOMs
- Track tasks, follow-ups & execution status
- Handle internal & external communication
- Maintain confidentiality of official documents
- Assist in administrative & operational activities
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in manufacturing/plant environment
- Exposure to plant operations / administration preferred
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Positive command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle pressure & multiple priorities
- Disciplined, trustworthy & professional attitude
- Willingness to work in plant setup
