KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through International Voice or Domestic voice

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions

Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers

Maintain a positive, friendly, and customer-focused approach

Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Achieve assigned performance, productivity, quality, and customer-service targets





Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Good customer-handling skills

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities A positive and skilled attitude

Ability to communicate confidently with international customers

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-service environment
