Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities from event planners, event organisers, corporate clients, and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event industry clients.
- Understand client/event requirements and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
- Identify upcoming events and generate potential business leads.
- Present Evnting.com services and marketplace solutions to event professionals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations/vendor team to ensure smooth execution after confirmation.

Required Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in the event industry preferred.




- Experience in event sales, business development, event production, event planning, or event services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with existing event planner, organiser, agency, or vendor contacts will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of the event industry and its working process.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of event services and vendor categories.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Client relationship management.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi/Telugu preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM tools.
