nThe Role

nWe are looking for an independent, proactive, and highly organised Events & Community Manager to own GCC Pulse's events and community initiatives.

n

nYou will manage roundtables, webinars, leadership events, networking programs, and community initiatives from planning through execution and post-event engagement, while building relationships with GCC leaders and other key stakeholders.

n

nWhat You'll Do

n

n
- Own event planning and execution, including speakers, participants, logistics, partners, and follow-up
n
- Build and engage relationships with GCC leaders and professionals
n
- Manage and grow community initiatives and member engagement
n
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, venues, vendors, and other stakeholders
n
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to create content opportunities around events
n
- Develop and execute new event and community ideas
n
- Maintain relevant databases, calendars, trackers, and reports
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–2 years of experience in events, community, media, publishing, conferences, B2B marketing, or a related field
n
- Candidates from a similar industry / field will be given preference
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Solid organisational and execution abilities
n
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and business leaders
n
- Independent, self-driven and accountable ,



with a strong sense of ownership
n
- A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
n
- Comfortable using new-age productivity, AI and digital tools to work smarter and improve execution
n
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases and digital community tools ; able to maintain organised stakeholder and member information
n
- Strong ability to connect the dots across people, conversations, data, content and opportunities, and turn observations into actionable ideas
n
- Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can move quickly and everyone is expected to contribute

nJob Location

nThe role is based out of our Hebbal, Bengaluru office .

nApplicants should ideally reside within a 5 km radius of the office and be comfortable working from the office regularly.
