Job Overview

We are looking for an R&D; / Product Development EV Engineer to work on research, product development, product improvement, and engineering solutions across EV, BMS, Battery, Power Electronics, and Embedded Systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on R&D;, product development, and product improvement for EV and related technologies.
- Develop research-based workbenches, prototypes, and functional engineering products.
- Design and develop electrical/electronic circuits, system architecture, and control logic.
- Develop MATLAB/Simulink models and algorithms for EV and battery applications.
- Work on embedded programming, microcontrollers, C/C++ and CAN communication.
- Build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software prototypes.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades, improvements,



and technical enhancements.
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other departments on technical requirements and product-related issues.
- Support Production teams with technical troubleshooting, design clarification, and engineering changes.
- Perform system analysis, validation, testing, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare BOMs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute innovative, practical engineering solutions.
- Take ownership of technical activities from concept and design through validation and production implementation.

Requirements:

- Required Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Must have EV industry experience.
- Experience in EV, BMS, or Embedded Systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
