Company Description Ethyra Global Research Solutions LLP is a specialized Site Management Organization (SMO) providing end-to-end clinical research support to investigators, sites, and sponsors across India. The organization manages the full clinical trial lifecycle, including patient recruitment and retention, site management, regulatory compliance, and trial coordination in line with ICH-GCP and NDCT guidelines. Ethyra focuses on quality, data integrity, and ethical research practices to streamline trial operations and improve site performance.
Core services include clinical trial site management, regulatory and ethics committee submissions, source documentation and CRF support, monitoring visit coordination, and audit and inspection readiness. The team works closely with CROs, sponsors, and healthcare institutions and is open to collaborations and long-term clinical research partnerships.
Role Description The Ethics Committee Coordinator and Clinical Research Coordinator Intern will support the preparation, submission, and tracking of documents to Institutional Ethics Committees and regulatory bodies. This internship role will assist in maintaining study files, source documentation, and case report forms, and help coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
The intern will work with investigators and site staff on patient recruitment, informed consent documentation, and protocol adherence, while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and NDCT guidelines.
Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining logs and trackers, supporting site management activities, and preparing reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. This is an on-site internship role based in Jabalpur.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in clinical research, ethics committee processes, and regulatory affairs.
- Foundational knowledge of ICH-GCP, NDCT rules, and basic clinical trial operations.
- Good documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow established SOPs and workflows.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data handling.
- Educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or related field (students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur and learn in a fast-paced clinical research setting.
