ABOUT THE ROLE

Flavour Solutions is looking for an organized and process-driven professional to manage ERP operations, inventory, logistics, procurement coordination, and internal operational workflows.

The role requires someone who can bring structure to daily operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, coordinate material movement, and improve the efficiency of internal processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, inventory management, and multiple internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP & System Management

- Manage day-to-day entries and updates in the Company's ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, purchase orders, and inventory movement.
- Ensure timely updating of procurement, production, and dispatch-related information.
- Identify gaps in ERP workflows and coordinate improvements.

2. Inventory & Raw Material Management

- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with R&D; and procurement teams for ingredient requirements.
- Track material consumption, shortages, and replenishment requirements.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock verification.

3. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials.
- Manage dispatch schedules and logistics documentation.




- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and manufacturing teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Resolve routine logistics and dispatch-related issues.

4. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

- Assist in raising and tracking purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding material availability and delivery timelines.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoice and payment-related documentation.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

- Develop and maintain operational trackers, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Identify inefficiencies in procurement, inventory, and logistics workflows.
- Support implementation of digital tools and process automation.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
