Role Title: Technical Coordinator – ERP, IoT & other Softwares / Modules Department: IT (ERP, IoT & Other Softwares Implementation) Reports To: Project Manager / Farm Manager, Owner Role Purpose Serve as the in office technical bridge between the mushroom farm and the development team. Ensure the ERP system functions flawlessly and lead IoT sensor integration for production monitoring and coordinate with the owner for the other systems / modules that the owner working on. Key Responsibilities:

- ● Liaise between farm staff and remote developers; translate farm needs into technical specs. ● Oversee ERP deployment on web (React.js) and mobile (React Native). ● Lead IoT vendor selection and integration (temperature, humidity sensors). ● Troubleshoot on-site hardware/network issues. ● Manage POC phase, user feedback, and technical documentation. ● Define system flows and processes for the value-added product lines (Canning Unit, Spawn Lab, SMS Fertiliser, Bailing Plant) and integrate them into the ERP. ● Ensure the ERP covers batch tracking and inventory for these additional units as per their operational workflows.
