Kishor Exports is looking for an experienced ERP Administrator to lead the implementation, configuration, and daily operations of our ERP system. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with BlueKaktus or any cloud-based ERP used in the apparel/textile export industry.

The role involves end-to-end ERP ownership, process optimization, cross-department coordination, and ensuring smooth digital operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete ERP implementation & management (preferably Apparel/Textile ERP).
- Hands-on experience in configuring and operating Texma, Auriga, Verts, BlueKaktus or similar cloud-based ERP.
- Understanding of ERP modules and ability to configure functional workflows.
- Identify process gaps and suggest automation & process improvements.
- Coordinate with various departments for requirement gathering and system alignment.




- Support day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking ERP-related activities.
- Liaise with ERP vendors, internal teams, and management for smooth project execution.
- Provide user training and ensure ERP adoption across the organization.

Skills Required

- Minimum 2 to 7 years experience working with ERP systems in Apparel/Textile manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of garment production, merchandising, planning, and export processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP platforms (Texma, Auriga, Verts, BlueKaktus preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
