We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our broking desk. In this role, you will be responsible for executing client trade orders across cash segments (NSE/BSE), managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory exchange norms.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute buy/sell orders for retail and HNI clients on trading terminals (ODIN, NEST, Omnesys, or proprietary platforms) with high accuracy and speed.
- Confirm executed trades and manage trade confirmations, contract notes, and client margin positions.
- Monitor client risk, ledger balances, and margin requirements in real time during market hours.
- Keep clients updated with market trends, research calls, and daily market movements.
- Resolve basic trading, terminal, and operational queries raised by mapped clients.
- Adhere strictly to SEBI, exchange rules, and internal risk-management guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



1–3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer in a broking house or sub-broker setup (freshers with valid NISM certifications may also apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Core Competencies: Quick execution skills, sound understanding of equity & F&O; segments, strong numerical ability, and positive verbal communication skills.
