Entertainment Head – Khubani

Role Overview The Entertainment Head will lead Khubani's entertainment vertical , developing and executing high-energy programming that drives footfall, customer engagement, repeat visits, and overall brand positioning.

The role requires a solid understanding of nightlife, live entertainment, artists, DJs, performers, events, celebrity programming, and hospitality experiences , along with the ability to build commercially viable entertainment calendars.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the monthly and quarterly entertainment calendar for Khubani.
- Curate and manage DJs, live bands, singers, performers, dancers, comedians, influencers, celebrities and special acts .
- Plan weekend programming, theme nights, festivals, special occasions and large-scale events .
- Create innovative entertainment concepts aligned with the Khubani brand identity and target audience .
- Negotiate artist fees, contracts, performance terms and commercial arrangements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of artists, agencies, promoters, and entertainment industry partners .
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Creative, PR and Sales teams to maximise event visibility and footfall.
- Develop entertainment-led campaigns and experiences for Instagram, Reels and other digital platforms .
- Identify opportunities for celebrity appearances, collaborations, brand partnerships and experiential events .
- Monitor competitor nightlife and entertainment programming and bring relevant new concepts to Khubani.




- Ensure every event is planned with clear objectives around footfall, revenue, customer experience and brand visibility .
- Maintain entertainment budgets and ensure optimum ROI on artist and event spends .
- Supervise event execution on-ground and ensure artists and production teams are managed professionally.
- Develop a database of artists, agencies, performers, production vendors and entertainment partners.
- Track event performance and prepare monthly entertainment reports covering footfall, revenue contribution, artist costs and ROI.

Ideal Candidate
- 8–12+ years of experience in nightlife, premium hospitality, clubs, restro-bars, live entertainment or event management .
- Strong relationships with DJs, artists, celebrities, agencies and entertainment promoters .
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong understanding of Delhi NCR nightlife and premium hospitality audiences .
- Highly creative with the ability to develop fresh entertainment concepts.
- Strong team management and event-execution skills.
- Comfortable working late nights, weekends and high-pressure event environments.
- Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Commercially driven, with a clear understanding that entertainment must contribute to business growth and customer acquisition .
