Role Description The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Behror Unit in Rajasthan. The EHS Manager will develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Daily responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections and risk assessments, leading incident and accident investigations, and maintaining accurate EHS documentation and reports. The role involves organizing and delivering EHS training sessions, promoting a strong safety culture, and collaborating with operations, maintenance,



and management teams to reduce environmental impact and improve occupational health and safety performance. The EHS Manager will also liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety management skills, including familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Occupational Health, with the ability to assess workplace health risks and implement preventive measures.
- Candidates should possess Accident Investigation skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, with experience designing and delivering EHS training programs to diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities, with proficiency in EHS management systems and MS Office tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive safety initiatives across all levels of the organization.
