Job Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Voice Support Specialist – Inside Sales to drive B2B and B2C sales for enterprise voice, telecom, broadband, and communication solutions. The role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads through outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through outbound calls, emails, digital channels, and other sources.
- Identify and approach business customers, corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers based on the assigned products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable voice, broadband, telecom, and communication solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively make outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Update customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for service feasibility, installation, activation, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations,



and sales closures.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Telecom, ISP, Broadband, or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience in handling both business and individual customers will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound customer enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Telecom, ISP, broadband, enterprise connectivity, or voice-service experience will be an added advantage.
