Job Overview The Gyanada International School is seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in. Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.

- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching English language and literature.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing engaging teaching methods.

- Strong knowledge of literature analysis, grammar instruction, and writing skills.

- Ability to effectively teach reading comprehension and develop ESL teaching strategies.

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to create an inclusive learning environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with students and parents.

- Passion for teaching and dedication to students' academic and personal growth.

- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

- Fluency in English language.

Roles and Responsibilities





- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum objectives.

- Teach English language and literature to secondary school students up to class VIII.

- Evaluate students' progress, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback.

- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.

- Encourage critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills.

- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with parents and provide regular updates on students' academic performance.

- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events.

- Collaborate with the English department and contribute to curriculum development.

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the classroom.
