We are hiring Manufacturing Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support an AI-focused project involving the development and evaluation of Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets .

We are specifically looking for experts in:

- Manufacturing Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial & Manufacturing Systems
- Advanced Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Processes & Engineering Design

Key Responsibilities
- Create and review engineering questions based on technical drawings, CAD models, process plans, specifications, standards, and manufacturing documentation.
- Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, material specifications, process requirements, and technical information.
- Develop accurate, step-by-step technical solutions, calculations, and manufacturing process recommendations.
- Review AI-generated questions and answers for technical accuracy, manufacturability, and engineering consistency.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, calculation issues, process limitations, and ambiguities in AI-generated content.
- Evaluate solutions related to machining, forming, casting, welding, additive manufacturing,



production processes, tooling, and manufacturing systems.
- Follow detailed project guidelines and maintain defined quality standards.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, or Advanced Manufacturing Engineering .
- Master's, PhD, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD documentation, GD&T;, specifications, process plans, and engineering documentation .
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Knowledge of machining, CNC, manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, quality control, additive manufacturing, or production systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical review, engineering documentation, research, manufacturing, or AI/data projects is preferred.
