Role Overview

This role is part of PepsiCo's upcoming Greenfield project and will be responsible for setting up and managing Engineering Stores operations, including:

- Engineering stores set-up and warehouse readiness
- SAP/Ariba material master creation and inventory management
- Spare parts, chemicals, and consumables management
- Vendor onboarding and vendor development
- PR/PO, GRN, reservations, MSL, Min-Max, and ROL management
- Inventory control, audits, and statutory compliance
- Engineering spares localization and cost optimization
- Support for EHS, AIB, KC/GCS, and statutory audits

Key Requirements

- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- 4-8 years of relevant experience




- Experience in Engineering Stores / Warehouse Operations
- Hands-on SAP and/or Ariba experience
- Exposure to manufacturing environments
- Greenfield project experience would be an added advantage
