Role Description The Engineering Manager for Canada Opportunities will lead engineering initiatives that support technology solutions and tools used by Esse India’s consulting and visa services teams. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves managing a team of engineers, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions aligned with business needs.

The Engineering

Manager will coordinate cross-functional project planning, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure effective integration of systems and platforms used for client engagement and process tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring team members, setting technical direction, collaborating with stakeholders,



and continuously improving engineering practices and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including the ability to define technical roadmaps and oversee complex initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, performance management, and building collaborative engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern development practices and technologies relevant to web-based platforms.
