Role Description The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of lubrication reliability solutions and related systems. This full time, on-site role, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, includes overseeing software and systems development, coordinating integration with existing products, and managing project timelines and resources.

The Engineering

Manager will collaborate closely with product, operations,



and service teams to translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions, while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities involve planning and prioritizing engineering work, removing blockers, conducting technical reviews, aligning engineering efforts with company mission and ESG goals, and driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience in Software Development and system design, ideally within industrial, IoT, or reliability-focused applications.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Integration of hardware, software, and industrial systems to create end-to-end solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
- Experience in lubrication systems, industrial automation, reliability engineering, or clean tech is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
