Position: EMR Support Executive Technical Support

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

About the Role

We are looking for an EMR Support Executive to provide technical support to healthcare clients/users and assist with issues related to EMR/EHR applications and healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EMR/EHR applications.
- Handle user queries and technical issues through voice calls, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot application, login, access, connectivity, and basic system-related issues.
- Understand and resolve issues related to EMR workflows and healthcare software.
- Create, update, and maintain support tickets with accurate issue details and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLA/TAT.
- Maintain proper documentation of recurring issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with clients, healthcare staff,



and internal technical teams when required.
- Provide clear and professional communication to users while resolving technical issues.

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in EMR/EHR Technical Support, Healthcare IT Helpdesk, or Healthcare Technical Support.
- Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of EMR/EHR applications and healthcare workflows.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, browsers, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing/helpdesk tools will be an advantage.

Candidate Preference
- Local Ahmedabad candidates preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Makarba, Ahmedabad office.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the 6:30 PM 3:30 AM night shift.
- EMR/EHR Technical Support + Voice Process experience is mandatory.
