Job Title: Email Marketing Executive (Remote)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 6 months – 3 years

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, build and send email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, welcome series, and drip and automation flows
- Segment email lists and create targeted, personalized campaigns for different audiences
- Write or coordinate compelling subject lines, email copy and CTAs
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times and layouts, and use the results to improve performance
- Track and analyze key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate and unsubscribe rate
- Maintain list hygiene and follow email deliverability best practices
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the sales, design and content teams to launch campaigns on time
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools and best practices

Requirements





- 6 months to 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, ActiveCampaign)
- Good understanding of email automation, segmentation and A/B testing
- Strong written English and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
- Ability to analyze data and present insights in reports
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/PC

Nice to Have

- Experience with CRM tools
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS email marketing
- Understanding of deliverability concepts such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC
