Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Provide technical support to the Sales team during enquiries, product discussions and customer meetings.

- Study machine/product specifications and explain technical features to customers.

- Coordinate with customers regarding installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with technicians/vendors for resolution.

- Provide remote and in office technical support whenever required.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Vendor Development teams regarding technical specifications and requirements.

- Review vendor quotations, drawings, specifications and technical documents.

- Support vendor development based on requirements received from the Sales team.

- Coordinate with vendors for machine components, fabrication, dimensions and technical specifications.





- Coordinate with the Warehouse and Technical teams for machine assembly, testing, packing and dispatch-related technical requirements.

- Conduct factory/vendor visits whenever required.

- Maintain records of technical complaints, service activities, machine issues and resolutions.

- Provide regular updates on pending technical issues and ensure timely closure.

- Support the team during machine demonstrations, installation and commissioning.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled correctly.

- Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure all specifications are accurately recorded.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
