Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Transmission Line to manage and supervise transmission line construction activities, including tower erection, foundation works, conductor stringing, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects at site.
- Monitor transmission tower foundation and erection activities.
- Supervise tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning.
- Ensure proper installation of conductors, earth wires, OPGW, insulators, and hardware fittings.
- Check alignment, tower locations, and right-of-way (ROW) requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Verify materials received at site against approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved method statements, drawings, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals.




- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and site HSE requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.

Required Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in HV/EHV Transmission Line projects.
- Experience in transmission line construction and erection is preferred.
- Knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, OPGW, insulator installation, and line accessories.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in 132 kV / 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV transmission line projects will be considered for relevant positions. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
