EV Components Technician

Responsibility:-

1)) Required Experience With BLDC, PMSM motor and Square Wave, Sine Wave, or FOC base Controller.

2) Required experience with Chargers Repairing.

3) Inspect electric vehicle motor controllers to identify malfunctions and operational irregularities.

4) Perform repairs on motor controllers to address issues such as damaged components.

5) Ensure that replacement parts meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

6) Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective repair solutions.

Qualifications:-

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.

2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic components, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.

Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, motor controllers,



and associated components.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.

Familiarity with electric vehicle charging systems and battery management systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Robust communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Commitment to safety protocols and environmental sustainability.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
