Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune. The primary responsibility involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.



The role includes collaborating with internal teams to create strategies for sustainable growth, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Business Development

Manager will also attend industry events, conduct market research, and ensure company objectives align with client needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of IT services, training, or consulting, particularly in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and DevOps.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT training or consulting sales is a plus.
