Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Education Counsellor to promote our online education programs and drive student enrolments. The candidate will connect with prospective learners, understand their educational and career aspirations, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through the enrolment process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counselling and sales, and the ability to build relationships with working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners and working professionals to introduce and promote online education programs.
- Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, learning needs, and professional aspirations.




- Provide personalized counselling and recommend suitable courses and programs based on individual requirements.
- Explain program features, benefits, learning flexibility, and career development opportunities to prospective students.
- Drive student enrolments through effective communication and a consultative sales approach.
- Follow up with prospective learners, address their queries, and support them in making informed enrolment decisions.
- Maintain awareness of online education trends and programs designed for working professionals.
