Company Description Erotissch is a homegrown lingerie and loungewear brand founded in 2019 by NIFT and Pearl Academy graduates Aayushi Agarwal and Anushka Agarwal, following their award-winning design projects. The brand focuses on empowering individuals through femininity, confidence, and comfort, offering thoughtfully designed pieces from bedwear to loungewear.

Erotissch uses sustainable fabrics, scarlet silks, fine laces from Thailand, and carefully sourced cotton from India and Europe, all handpicked by experts to suit different moods and occasions. The company operates from a nature-rich factory environment, emphasizing care for both plants and team members. Erotissch celebrates bodies of all sizes, shapes, colors, and backgrounds, inviting people to embrace and express themselves through high-quality, meaningful lingerie.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Editor role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Editor will review, refine, and finalize brand content across channels, including product descriptions, website copy, lookbooks, social media posts, and marketing materials, ensuring consistent tone, clarity, and accuracy.

Daily responsibilities include editing and proofreading written content, collaborating with designers and marketing teams to align visuals and text, and maintaining brand style guides and messaging standards. The Editor will help develop and improve storytelling around collections, sustainability practices, and brand values,



while meeting deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves providing constructive feedback to writers, suggesting content improvements, and supporting the creation of inclusive, gender-neutral, and body-positive communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to refine copy for clarity, grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess writing and creative storytelling skills, including experience crafting engaging fashion or lifestyle content.
- Candidates should possess research and content planning skills to verify information, understand audience needs, and support accurate, inclusive messaging.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital platforms, such as basic content management systems, social media tools, and collaborative workflow software.
- Candidates should possess excellent command of written English, solid attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design, marketing, and production teams.
- Relevant experience in fashion, lingerie, lifestyle, or D2C brands, and an understanding of inclusive, body-positive language, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Fashion Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
