ABOUT THE ROLE

Ki & Ka is looking for an E-Commerce Managing Associate to support the day-to-day management and growth of our online furniture and home décor business.

The role will work across website management, product listings, catalogue, pricing, merchandising, orders, inventory coordination, customer experience and e-commerce analytics .

The ideal candidate should understand how an e-commerce business operates and be comfortable taking ownership of daily online operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite & E-Commerce Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Ki & Ka e-commerce website.
- Ensure products, pricing, descriptions, images and specifications are updated accurately.
- Coordinate product launches and current catalogue additions.
- Maintain website content, collections and categories.
- Monitor website performance and identify operational issues.

Product Catalogue & Merchandising
- Create and maintain product listings.
- Ensure accurate product dimensions, materials, colours, finishes and specifications.
- Organize products into appropriate collections and categories.
- Support online merchandising and product positioning.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for product photography and creative assets.

Orders & Operations
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Track order status,



dispatches and deliveries.
- Identify delays and coordinate resolution.
- Support returns, replacements and customer escalations.

Sales & Conversion
- Monitor online sales and product performance.
- Track conversion rate, AOV, traffic and product-level performance.
- Identify high-performing and under-performing products.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers and online merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing and Social Media teams.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare regular reports covering

- Revenue / GMV
- Orders
- AOV
- Conversion rate
- Website traffic
- Product performance
- Inventory availability
- Returns / cancellations
- Customer complaints
- Campaign performance

KPIs / KRAs
- Online revenue / GMV

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, D2C, online retail or marketplace management .
- Experience with Shopify or equivalent e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Good understanding of product catalogue management.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- Prior experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle or retail e-commerce is preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-growing business where responsibilities can extend beyond a fixed and ownership is expected.
