Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WordPress (WooCommerce), working knowledge of Zyfoo, and a good understanding of SEO best practices to improve online visibility and sales performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the e-commerce website built on WordPress (WooCommerce)
- Handle product listing, pricing updates, stock management, and order processing
- Coordinate with logistics partners for order dispatch, delivery tracking, and returns
- Ensure smooth payment gateway integration and transaction monitoring
- Manage and operate Zyfoo platform for product/catalog updates and order flow
- Optimize product pages using basic SEO techniques (titles, descriptions, meta tags, URLs)
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Handle customer queries related to orders, payments, and delivery




- Coordinate with internal teams for offers, banners, and promotional campaigns
- Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and order status

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust working knowledge of WordPress & WooCommerce
- Hands-on experience with Zyfoo (preferred)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (On-page SEO)
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and online sales operations
- Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping tools, and order management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google Analytics & Search Console
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing / online promotions
- Experience in electronics, laptop, or retail e-commerce is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
