About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support online marketplace operations and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, product management, order processing, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Support product listing, catalog updates, pricing, images, and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring orders, dispatches, deliveries, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Dispatch, Customer Care, and E-commerce teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly e-commerce MIS and Excel/Google Sheets reports.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace performance.
- Assist with online promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.




- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Support sales and inventory data analysis and other e-commerce activities.

Skills & Qualification

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or a relevant course.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Interest in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Sales.
- Prior marketplace experience is not mandatory.
