About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, orders, inventory, promotions, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Process and monitor online orders, dispatches, deliveries, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Dispatch, Customer Care, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, offers, promotions, and product availability.
- Track customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace seller support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce MIS reports covering sales, orders, returns, and inventory.
- Analyse marketplace data, competitor pricing, and sales trends to identify opportunities.
- Support marketplace promotions, campaigns, and online sales events.




- Ensure accurate reconciliation of orders, returns, and payments with the Finance team.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience in product listing and catalog management.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing/PPC is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Online Sales, or Catalog Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Shopify is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience and skills.
