Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and support our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, orders, inventory, marketplaces, customer queries, and overall day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
- Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, and product specifications.
- Monitor and process online orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and update stock availability across platforms.
- Monitor product performance, sales, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, products, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for better visibility.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and order reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations.
- Track competitors, pricing, product trends, and marketplace activities.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace portals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and logistics.
- Knowledge of SEO/product listing optimization will be an added advantage.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar platforms will be preferred.
