E-commerce Senior Executive Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and the companys online store.

Manage product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and inventory updates.

Monitor and maintain product availability, stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities across online platforms.

Coordinate with marketplaces, vendors, logistics partners, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Monitor sales performance, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports and analyze key e-commerce metrics.

Execute online promotions, campaigns, discounts, offers, and seasonal sales to achieve business targets.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and product positioning to identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team on SEO, paid campaigns, social media promotions,



and other customer acquisition activities.

Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and product information in coordination with relevant teams.

Ensure marketplace policies, documentation, product content, and operational processes are followed correctly.

Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and overall marketplace performance.

Support recent product launches and ensure products are available and correctly positioned across all relevant online channels.

Work with senior management to achieve monthly and annual e-commerce sales and profitability targets.working experience of Amazon, Flipkar,Myntra,

Manage and mentor junior team members and coordinate daily task allocation where required.
