- Prepare and revise working drawings, good-for-construction drawings and site sketches under the direction of the architect and Director - Projects.

- Incorporate consultant markups (architectural, structural, MEP) and maintain drawing revisions with a proper revision log.

- Maintain the drawing register - current revision status of every drawing, issued-to-site record, superseded drawings withdrawn.

- Prepare as-built drawings progressively as work completes - not left to project end.

- Produce measurement sketches and area statements to support the QS in billing.

- Prepare drawings/documentation required for statutory submissions (local body, Fire, KSPCB) as directed.

- Site measurement and verification visits as needed.

Ideal fit

Quick and accurate on AutoCAD (SketchUp/Revit familiarity a plus), with the discipline to keep a drawing register honest - the register habit matters more than drafting flair, because uncontrolled drawing revisions on site are a known source of rework and disputes.



Should be comfortable working directly with site engineers and taking markups over phone/site visits. Local candidate or willing to be resident at site.

General (all positions)

- Positions are site-based at Kumarakom with free food and accommodation; six-day work week as per site practice.

- Walk-in interview details / application route will be communicated separately by HR.

- Candidates should bring originals of qualification certificates and experience letters; shortlisted candidates may be given a short practical test (measurement/billing exercise for QS, scheduling exercise for Planning Engineer, drafting test for Draftsman).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
