- Responsible for Sourcing potential candidates based on the client's .
- Should be able to learn quickly and start using online platform tools (Naukri, etc) to identify potential resources.
- Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.
- Willing to learn IT/software skills and technology terms.
- Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication with a very strong accent and active listening skills.

•Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft.

•Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with recent technologies.

- Willingness to adapt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & and a passion to grow along with the organization.
