Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Domestic Voice Sales Trainer to train and develop our voice sales team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering training in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, with a strong focus on sales skills, customer communication, objection handling, and conversion improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and process training for new joiners.
- Provide sales training in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Train employees on effective telecalling and sales techniques.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and call simulations.
- Train agents on customer handling and objection handling.
- Improve communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Monitor call quality and identify individual training requirements.
- Provide coaching and feedback based on call performance.
- Conduct refresher training and performance improvement sessions.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to identify skill gaps.
- Prepare training materials,



assessments, and daily/weekly training reports.
- Track training effectiveness and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure employees follow the required sales process, call flow, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales training, domestic voice process, telesales, or telecalling.
- Excellent spoken Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of domestic voice sales processes.
- Experience in handling sales objections and closing techniques.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales executives.
- Comfortable conducting classroom, floor, and refresher training.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
