The role involves a mixed responsibility of application development and production support for enterprise systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting .NET-based applications while ensuring system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution in a production environment. He is responsible to manage junior team member

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and ASP.NET

Provide application support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution

Work on production support activities, including incident handling and defect fixes

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, reporting, and performance tuning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation requirements

Support deployments, fixes, and enhancements during planned maintenance windows

Required Skills & Experience

Solid hands-on experience in C# and ASP.NET





Good understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS

Proven ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries

Experience working in development and application support roles

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with .NET Core is an added advantage

Exposure to enterprise or mission-critical systems

Experience working in regulated or high-availability environments

Work Schedule & Shift Details

Working shifts may include Day Shift or Afternoon Shift or Late sitting or

Night Shift

Weekend and holiday working may be required based on business needs

Weekly off may fall on regular weekdays
