The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for the accurate and timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products. The role includes order checking, product picking, batch and expiry verification, packing, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.

- Verify customer orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Pick the correct products and quantities as per the order.
- Check product name, strength, batch number, and expiry date.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Pack and label products properly for secure transportation.
- Conduct final checking before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier and transport agencies.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.
- Update dispatch entries in ERP/software or registers.
- Report shortages, damages, wrong products, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow company SOPs and applicable pharmaceutical storage and handling procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
