Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG

Location: Bahalgarh, Sonipat (Haryana)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Core Dispatch Experience

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

:

- Handle daily dispatch operations including order processing, packing, loading, and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Transport teams for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and protected handling of food products.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and smooth delivery execution.
