Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Salary: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detailed-oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee daily dispatch operations, manage inventory records, and coordinate transportation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all outgoing orders are verified, accurately documented, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize daily dispatch schedules for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and drivers to schedule timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Prepare and verify essential dispatch documentation, including GST invoices, E-way bills, packing lists, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory stock registers (inward/outward entries) and update ERP/logistics systems.




- Inspect finished goods prior to packing and loading to ensure correct order fulfillment and quality.
- Resolve daily shipment delays, operational issues, and track ongoing transit status.
- Communicate regularly with production, warehouse, and sales departments to align daily output with delivery schedules.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch & logistics.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and sound time management skills.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹11,855.78 - ₹22,323.61 per month
