The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of finished goods/materials to customers and vendors in a timely and accurate manner. The role includes preparing dispatch documentation, coordinating with transporters, ensuring proper packaging and loading, and maintaining dispatch records to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for material readiness.

- Arrange vehicles/transporters for timely deliveries.

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.

- Prepare dispatch documents for domestic as well as export shipments such as: Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, LR Copies / Transport Documents

- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update Tally, ERP & manual registers.

- Track dispatched materials and maintain proof of delivery.

- Verify quantity and condition of materials before dispatch.

- Ensure correct labeling, packing, and identification of materials.





- Coordinate with stores for stock movement and inventory accuracy.

- Communicate dispatch schedules to customers and internal departments.

- Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.

- Handle dispatch-related customer queries professionally.

- Ensure dispatch activities comply with company policies and safety standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the dispatch area.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.

- Familiarity with E-way Bill and transport documentation.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of Tally & ERP systems & MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹34,585.78 per month
