About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily order processing, shipment coordination, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and courier/logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily orders for dispatch.
- Handle order processing through aggregators such as Shipway, ClickPost, etc.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and shipment records.
- Update order and courier status regularly.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Who Can Apply?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, logistics, order processing, or a similar role.
- 12th Pass minimum qualification
- Candidates with D2C/e-commerce logistics experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong relevant skills may be considered based on suitability.

Salary ₹18,000 onwards, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
