- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Transporters, and customers for smooth dispatch operations.
- Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
- Verify material quantity, vehicle details, and loading documents before dispatch.
- Track vehicles and update the status of dispatched materials.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports, records, and MIS.
- Coordinate with drivers and transporters regarding loading, delivery, and route-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
- Report any dispatch delays, shortages, or discrepancies to the concerned HOD.
