: Dispatch Executive Location: Kondhapuri, Ranjangaon, Pune Experience: 1–4 Years (Manufacturing, FMCG, or Dairy preferred) Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Role Overview We are hiring a Dispatch Executive to oversee daily loading, vehicle movement, and dispatch documentation at our Ranjangaon plant.

Key Responsibilities Dispatch Operations: Manage daily vehicle loading, primary/secondary dispatches, and material dispatch accuracy.

Documentation: Generate delivery challans, tax invoices, gate passes, and e-way bills in ERP/SAP. Vendor & Driver Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time departures.

Inventory Verification: Reconcile physical stock against system entries before loading to prevent shortages or dispatch errors.

Requirements 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, plant logistics, or warehouse operations. Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and dispatch documentation. Solid coordination skills and ability to work in plant shift operations.
