We’re Hiring: Group Director – Revenue Management

Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts is looking for an accomplished Group Director – Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of hotels and resorts.

This is a senior commercial leadership role for a highly analytical, commercially driven hotelier who understands that successful revenue management is not simply about increasing occupancy — it is about achieving the right business mix, the right ADR, the right distribution strategy and stronger profitability across every property.

The Role The Group Director – Revenue Management will be responsible for developing and driving revenue strategy across our portfolio, working closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities will include

- Developing portfolio-wide revenue and pricing strategies
- Driving Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue performance
- Managing energetic pricing, inventory and yield strategies
- Leading weekly revenue and commercial performance reviews
- Preparing accurate 30/60/90-day forecasts and annual revenue budgets
- Monitoring booking pace, pickup, demand patterns and market compression
- Optimising OTA, GDS, direct and other distribution channels
- Increasing direct-booking contribution and reducing unnecessary acquisition costs
- Managing rate parity and identifying revenue leakage
- Reviewing market segmentation and business mix
- Evaluating corporate, group and MICE business from a revenue perspective
- Monitoring competitor positioning and market-share performance
- Supporting Sales and Marketing with need-period and demand-generation strategies
- Leading revenue strategy for new hotel openings and properties entering the portfolio
- Supporting feasibility studies and commercial projections for new developments




- Conducting revenue audits across hotels and implementing corrective action plans
- Building a disciplined revenue-management culture across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with:
- 8–12+ years of hospitality revenue-management experience

• Proven experience in a multi-property, cluster, regional or group revenue role

- Strong understanding of hotel pricing, forecasting, budgeting and distribution
- Excellent knowledge of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers and OTA platforms
- Strong Excel, analytical and commercial reporting capabilities
- Experience analysing Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, market share and segment performance
- Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, OTA, wholesale, group and MICE segments
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial actions
- Confidence to challenge pricing and commercial decisions when required
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills

Experience across city hotels, resorts, independent hotels, branded hotels and new openings will be particularly valuable.
