Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end family office design: governance frameworks, investment mandates, succession planning, and cross-border compliance.
- Develop and monitor multi-asset, multi-generational wealth strategies—including private equity, real estate, impact investing, and liquidity management.
- Act as principal advisor to family councils, facilitating alignment on values, mission, and legacy goals across generations.
- Oversee fiduciary operations: financial reporting, tax optimization, entity structuring, and risk mitigation with external legal & accounting partners.




- Build and manage a curated ecosystem of external advisors—family lawyers, estate planners, philanthropy consultants, and wealth tech partners.
- Drive operational excellence: establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance rhythms that ensure transparency, accountability, and agility.
