Role - Ticketing Executive

- Log, track, and resolve customer tickets and service requests.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

- Communicate updates and closures to customers.

- Maintain accurate ticketing records and MIS.

Role - Possession Executive

- Coordinate possession scheduling and unit handovers.

- Ensure unit readiness by coordinating with internal teams.

- Handle possession documentation and customer walkthroughs.

- Address customer queries and maintain possession records.

Requirements:

- Diploma civil / B.E. Civil and fresher can apply

- Engineering background is mandatory

- Positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
