Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for Diploma Freshers – Server & Workstation Assembly. The role involves assisting in the assembly, installation, and basic configuration of servers, workstations, and related hardware components as per company standards. Daily tasks include handling components, following assembly checklists, supporting testing procedures,



and maintaining accurate records of assembled units.

The candidate will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure that all systems meet performance and safety requirements. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work area, following ESD and safety guidelines, and cooperating with senior technicians and engineers for continuous learning and process improvement.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (motherboards, processors, memory, storage, power supplies) and their functions.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, assembly guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and capability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately.
- Willingness to learn server and workstation assembly processes, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices, ESD handling, and proper use of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced production environment.
- Readiness to work on-site in Delhi and adapt to shift-based or extended working hours when required.
